Abstract

The Conflict resolution skills belong to indispensable competencies of anyone who deals with the intra-personal and inter-personal conflicts, not only on a personal level, but also in professional, organizational, and corporate levels. The Conflict resolution tools have been explained within a pragmatic context of skill development. In this way these skills are mere techniques – not competencies. For this the tools should come out in a transparent way. Closer analysis speaks of these tools which have an ancient basis and are rooted in Buddhist teaching.
