Communication skills play a vital role in the 21st century both at home and workplace. Effective speaking skills include effective communicative skills. Salespersons’ responsibility is to make healthy expressions with the customers through good language skills. Many of the salespersons find difficulty in communicating with customers even though they are very good at knowledge of the different products .Therefore having good communication skills is an essential element of selling in order to interact with customers well and efficiently.
