Abstract :A study of French teaching-learning language at school level as well as university level is kind of fascinating and fastidious. indeed the teacher and also the learners area unaware of the effective teaching methods. There are several issues during teaching-learning process which require to be addressed by the language experts and learners with care and concern. In this I discuss theories in the field of Foreign language (FLE) . My paper would explore the challenges and opportunities accessible for the academics and students in India and Abroad . So as to substantiate my view , the paper would be supported some major problems happened in our sensible life. however the very fact remains that learning of French is inevitable for success in this globalised world. Indeed, I have drawn my conclusion that to master European language, self-practice is necessary, which may never be substituted.
