“Life is about taking chances, trying new things, having fun, making mistakes and learning from it.”
Diversity and multiculturalism are terms that have become increasingly fashionable in recent years. Learning English especially for students who come from non-English background will involve much more than celebrating cultural differences. Learners acquire the capacity to perceive and comprehend language, as well as to produce and use words and sentences to communicate. There have always been differences in how much a student knows and how quickly they learn. Depending on these criteria students should be catered according to their needs. By incorporating a variety of teaching styles, accommodating instructional delivery, and motivating students to learn, English language learners can better reach their goal of becoming competent and productive communicators in English.
