This paper is a serious attempt to give a brief account of the historical context of Afghanistan and portray the causes of migration brought by foreign invasions and reign of different regimes. These invasions particularly the soviet invasion led mass exodus of the Afghan people. Afghans who are now living outside of their homeland due to political disturbance have given birth to Afghan Diaspora. Afghan expatriates despite facing many adjustment problems, isolation still they are stint to their culture, custom, tradition and many things. They have formed their own communities and are intensely waiting for the better conditions and renovation of their country where there services will be needed and be part of the rebuilding.
