THE LIFE OF MAN IN POEMS OF SHAKESPEARE
Abstract
The poem “The Seven Ages” was written by William Shakespeare .He lived around 400 years ago. William Shakespeare (baptized on April 26, 1564 to April 23, 1616) born in Start ford-Upon-Avon, England .He was an English playwright, actor and poet also known as the “Bard Of Avon” and often called as “England’s Nation Poet”. He became a playwright at the age of 20. He was widely regarded as the greatest writer in English language and the world’s pre-eminent dramatist. His works consist of about 38 plays, 154 sonnets, some long narrative poems and other verses. Some of his dramatic tragedies include Hamlet, Macbeth, Othello and King Lear. Shakespeare died on 23rd of April, 1616 at the age of 52, survived by his wife and two daughters.
