A Study Concerning Designing and Developing Smart Classroom Activities for Improving Listening Skills
This paper aims at analyzing the process of designing and developing classroom activities that can be used in a smart classroom. The study will focus on teaching listening skills at the intermediate level. The study of the designing and developing smart classroom activities will involve designing ten activities based on three design models. The listening exercise will target listening to instructions in filling forms and preparing summaries. The paper will look at the features of a smart classroom in detail in order to design activities that make optimal use of the features. Activities will be based on a Task-based Language Teaching method. They will also consider different classroom arrangement to conduct individual, pair, and group activities. The paper will also present model classroom activities as part of the research.
