Abstract
In every society, there are some sections of people deprived of socio-economic opportunities for their sustenance and they are victims of social, cultural, and political exclusion. They are the marginalized and the marginalized communities are the rural poor, the downtrodden, and those who belong to the scheduled castes, commonly known as subaltern.
