Enhancing Language skills through Technology

Abstract

Technology is going to play a long life role in communication process. Communication is one of the life skills that everyone should attain. To face the challenges in this competitive world it is vital to learn language skills for better communication. Language skills can give learners opportunities to become proficient and confident. It can be actively learnt through technology. The four major language skills are LSRW and it is interlinked to each other. Effective practice with the help of technology can be ahead step in learning all language skills. Different methods of practice like regularly listening to English Television channels, small interviews, learning vocabulary every day, reading e newspaper and writing daily activities, will help in improving one’s skills.  In present scenario even in rural areas there is access to technology and it is used highly effective. This study suggests that different methodologies with the use of technology and practice will help learners in enriching all language skills.
